At Jujimufu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations for performance or fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
